The evolution of electromagnetic field technology from its early stage is the following. The first generation of mobile communication commonly known as 1G, emerged in late 1970 and early 1980. These systems are formed to provide basic voice communications. The technology was categorized by large and cumbersome devices, limited coverage, and relatively low-quality call service. The 1990s,s saw the transition of the 2G network which introduced digital technologies offering improved voice quality and the ability to send text messages.  At that time the rise of GSM has evolved. With the advent of 2000 came enabling faster data transmission and the introduction of mobile internet service. This era emerged the marked-off broadband, multimedia messages, video calls, and many other facilities. The rollout of 4 G's long evolution brought about a significant leap in data speed. It enables video streaming online gaming and other data-intensive applications. This era began in late 2000 and laid the foundation for the widespread adoption of smartphones and the mobile internet. 

Formation of 5G;

The most recent and ongoing development in EMF technology is the advent of 5G. Building on the capabilities of its predecessors,5g promise to revolutionize connectivity by promising its ultra-wide speeds, low latency, and support of the massive number of connected device. While the development of 5G brings tremendous innovation potential and improved connectivity. Ongoing research continues to assess the impact of 5G technology on human health is not so good. It emphasizes the importance of balancing technological progress with the need for comprehensive safety assessment. Because these devices provide us ease but also develop a lot of health risks.
 
Connected world;

In the modern interconnected world, wireless technologies have become an integral part of daily lives. From smartphones to WI-FI routers to Bluetooth devices and smartphone appliances we are surrounded by a sea of invisible signals known as wireless radiation. While these technologies offer unprecedented convenience and connectivity, there is a growing concern about the potential impact on our health.

The source of these radiations are mobile phones, wifi routers, Bluetooth devices even home appliances which we use regularly to do our household work. As we can say we live in a wireless world. With research, we can say that the potential risk of wireless radiation has many bad impacts on human health. Studies have suggested that exposure to wireless radiation may lead to cellular and genetic damage. Some researchers have reported an increase in oxidative stress and DNA damage in cells exposed to RF radiation in our daily lives. Due to its long-term use, it may also cause cancer in many cases. 
The human brain is also badly affected by these radiations. Some studies have explored potential links between prolonged exposure to RF, which may cause neurological disorders, disturb sleep patterns, and also affect memory. This is ongoing research that wireless radiation harms the reproductive system of humans. Some studies suggest that prolonged use of RF radiation decreases sperm quality. It also increases the risk of infertility issues in both men and women. Electromagnetic hypersensitivity in long-term use may cause fatigue, headache, and sleep disturbance.

How to overcome the risk? 

As on the debate, the effects of wireless radiation on our health can be minimized if we adopt some of the following steps in our daily lives.
  • Reduce unnecessary exposure by using speakers phones or hand-free options. 
  • Keep wireless devices away from the body and also switch off the wireless devices when you don't use them.
  • Texting is better instead of lengthy phone calls.
  • Use the landline phone calls for longer conversations at home or workplace.
  • Turn off the wireless feature where you can do it. Put your phone on airplane mode while you are sleeping.
  • Designate your house with an EMF zone where electronic devices are not allowed.
  • Some people use products designed to mitigate the effect of EMF radiation.
  • Stay informed about the latest products that are available in the markets to overcome the health risk factors that are caused by wireless radiation. Beware the potential risk of prolonged usage effect of wireless radiations.
